1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tigerlily Design's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Tigerlily Design provides web design, website development, digital marketing, and content creation services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Digital marketing strategies and implementation
• Content creation and copywriting
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Ongoing maintenance and support

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work that will include:

• Detailed project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Revision and approval process
• Client responsibilities and requirements

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. General terms include:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Taxes are additional and will be charged as applicable

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary content, images, and materials
• Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials
• Making payments according to agreed terms
• Maintaining backup of their website and data

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the custom design and content created specifically for their project. However:

• Tigerlily Design retains rights to general methodologies and techniques
• Third-party components may have separate licensing terms
• Tigerlily Design may showcase completed work in portfolios
• Clients must have rights to all materials they provide

7. Revisions and Changes

Revision policies will be outlined in each project agreement. Generally:

• A specified number of revisions are included in project scope
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Major scope changes require a new agreement
• All revisions must be requested in writing

8. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and client cooperation. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to late client feedback, scope changes, or technical complications. We will communicate any potential delays promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tigerlily Design's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While we strive for error-free work, we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Warranty and Support

We provide limited warranty on our work:

• 30-day warranty on technical issues from project completion
• Ongoing support available under separate maintenance agreements
• Third-party software and services have their own warranty terms
• Warranty does not cover issues caused by client modifications

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date. Clients will receive all work completed and paid for up to the termination date.

12. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information without permission. Clients should inform us of any confidential materials at the project start.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mangalore, Karnataka, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
